Areas of scientific interest

My main research activity is to evaluate the clinical classification criteria of caries, the assessment of different methods and systems of caries diagnosis, the treatment of cervical dentin hypersensitivity, the clinical evaluation of the factors determining the caries risk and the protocols of clinical management of caries lesions. Other research activity is the evaluation and characterization of mechanical properties and kinetics of dental polymeric materials. Also, I was involved in the study of the interaction of hard dental tissues with anticaries agents.
